I was amazed by the quality of the Baked Scrod. As a girl from New England, I almost never order Scrod (or Cod or Haddock) outside New England. The fish tasted really fresh, was not overcooked, and the breading was amazing. The steamed broccoli was also fantastic, cooked perfectly. The bar is great and has a fun atmosphere - thanks Sarah; you can watch a game at a high end bar with wonderful food. A very pleasant surprise. Thoroughly enjoyed it - thank you!

Wonderful "local" chain with farm to table type menu. Enjoyed soup and salad - soup of the day was a fresh homemade corn chowder that was thick, flavorfully spiced and filled with a variety of veggies, potato and chicken. Menu offered a variety of tempting salads, and in my opinion, a key ingredient was their homemade dressings, the buttermilk garlic was well flavored and had a creamy texture, perfect for me. Tried the 1000 Island too which was also very good. Fresh bread with honey butter was tasty. Had a starter of pulled pork (BBQ) nachos which were good, but I think next time I might try another option, as my mood wasn't feeling BBQ that day. Service was friendly, courteous and efficient, would go back again to try their other menu items.

I have eaten here 4 or 5 times. It's a favorite of my brothers. I have yet to have a good meal here. The only reason I come back is to have family time with my brother. The food has always been sub-par. The atmosphere is great and the service is pretty decent but as far as food, you can get a better, more consistent meal an McDonald's to be honest, and we all know that barely classifies as food. I have yet to be able to finish a meal here but for the price, it should be better than a Big Mac. I'd suggest go next door to Cracker Barrel if you want a good meal for your money.

This was a weird visit. First, I had our Welsh Corgi with me, so we sat outdoors. The Boy joined me shortly and our server - a very on-top of it young man - took our drink requests and got us menus. My young bride, not feeling well, had gone home but was going to ask for a to-go order. We got our bread and two plates, but The Boy discovered left-over slaw on his plate. When he pointed this out to the server, the fella apologized, looked embarrassed and replaced it with a clean one. Dinner was good. I had the Chicken Salad Salad with the raspberry vinaigrette dressing. About half-way through I placed our takeout order; Hickory Chicken with smashed potatoes instead of rice and steamed broccoli on the side. The order came out around the time I finished dinner. I checked the container and there was no broccoli. This particular Aubrey's has a history of screwing up our takeouts, which is why I checked the foam bowl. The server - again - apologized and looked embarrassed. We got the checks (The Boy took care of his own) and I paid mine with cash. When the change came back, I was $10 shy. Pointed THAT out to the server and he realized immediately what had happened, so he handed me two $5s. Aubrey's is a nice place, but this many issues in one trip speaks - in my opinion - to a training and management issue.

Best prime rib in East Tennessee. Only serve it Friday's after 4pm. Great chicken salad club too.

Went here for lunch. It was quick and easy with a way better selection than any fast food joint. I don't think I'd come here for dinner, but it definitely suites the needs for someone wanting a quality lunch on a time budget.

Love eating here! Its a staple when I am in the area. I would love to review other food, but I seem to get stuck on the chicken salad sandwich. Its AMAZING! The tomato soup is great as well. One day I will branch out and try something different.... Maybe...

I really respect a home grown business and appreciate walking through the doors of this establishment to see most of the areas elected officials and business owners daily. The management staff is always welcoming and ready to help in any way. The fried catfish is a great dish, and the grilled chicken strawberry salad is very tasty as well. The wine selection could be better, not overall the service, atmosphere and community involvement of this location is impressive.

I've been eating here for about six years, but recently noticed that this restaurant is severely on the decline...Food can b undercooked; and service has become terrible at the bar. There are rust stains on the bottom of the bar refrigerators and what looks like black mold on the center column above the bar. Maintenance seems to be an issue as there is faulty electrical work outside one of the patio entrances. Thumbs down Bradley and Lauren.

Okay first to Mild N. from Lenoir City: I have a very good friend, who works for Ecolab. She calls on this Aubrey's frequently. She has reported to me on numerous occasions this is one of the cleanest restaurants she goes to. My guess is she's basing that on the food preparation area not the damned blinds. As for moldy beer....I've consumed more than my share of draft Newcastle in there and all were just fine! Second to Mickey D. from Ten Mile (home of the Houston Brothers and most of Roane County's poor white trash): please keep your heart-attack-waiting-to-happen fat ass in Roane County. Honest to god! Do you even know a restaurant other than a national chain? There's an all you can eat buffet in Sweetwater called the Hog Trough. Much more to your ilk. Aubrey's owned by Randy Burleson. He has nine Aubrey's in the area. All the same menu and fairly similar service. This Aubrey's is a solid restaurant just off I-75 on Hwy 321 in Lenoir City, TN. aubreysrestaurants.com/a… Not great on the Snob's Are Us (in Ten Mile) Review but certainly clean and certainly good. They have a full bar, great beer selection and a decent wine selection. Most of the menu I'd classify as "southern comfort" food. Tends to be on the heavy side but, consistently good. The Chicken Salad Salad (sic) is one of my favorites. The Grilled Tuna Sandwich without the sandwich and a side house salad is another. (Served with a capers and mayo dip that is tasty.) They have daily specials that are not regulars on the menu and half priced wine night! Honestly, the daily specials are hit and miss but always interesting. The manager at this location always seems to be there and strives to make your meal enjoyable. Sometimes the menu is tiring but, it's consistent and ranges from burgers to steak; ribs to pulled pork; fish 'n chips to grilled tuna. Try Aubrey's and don't be afraid to ask the server to recommend something! After all, they get credit or blame! Bon appétit!

This is a safe bet if you're on the road and need somewhere to stop. There's not much else in Lenoir City of this quality. In our last couple visits they have changed up the menu offerings just slightly trying to find the right balance of flavors. I appreciate that the kitchen is actively trying to improve recipes. The caesar is still too mustardy for my tastes. The first time I had the red bean and rice soup at this location it was out of this world, I had it again at another location and it was very disappointing. Very hit and miss dependent on the chef that day. I especially recommend the pulled pork nachos, which sound goofy but are really good!

I have eaten here quite a bit when visiting and find it to be ok. It's pretty atypical of these pseudo chain restaurants and the portions are enormous. I have had some burgers, chicken, and salads from this restaurant. They used to have rainbow trout which was very good but apparently have dropped it. Everything is "fine". Nothing has ever really made me think, "I want to eat here more or even again" but have never really had a bad experience either. The restaurant has large tables and seems pretty large group friendly. Service is usually quite good. The restaurant is very noisy and can be seriously noisy at times. They sometimes have live music in the bar (which is glassed in for smokers I think) and that can add a really unpleasant background since you can't really hear the music but you can't not hear it either. It's hard to figure out how to get into this restaurant since you have to drive through several areas (turn in, go up, turn left and drive past the front of the motel). All in all, it's ok in a pinch and is pretty reasonable if you like "Friday's" type restaurants and large portions. They do have good salads though. Homemade potato chips are pretty good but not chiplike (too thick). Give it a try.

This was our first dinner out on our massive spring break road trip. Overall the food was good. The staff and menu were extremely kid friendly, which with a tired 4 and 5 year old is a good thing. They have an awesome beer list. I made the mistake of ordering the special, which was just a chicken breast with some pretend Jamaican seasoning and slice of pineapple. It was good chicken but with lousy seasoning. Thankfully the mashed potatoes made up for my poor choice. The kids loved their food and my wife loved hers, too.

Nice atmosphere. Great "grill smell". Cesar salad however is eggless and watery and more vinegar that flavor. While the dressing was ok if you are expecting and wanting a creamy Cesar go somewhere else. Service was ok but never asked how was my meal. A little disappointing. BTW the server said she was a 3 year veteran server. Wow!

Good food! Much better than big chain options in the area. We had potato chips with garlic dipping sauce. Good stuff. Two had salads - Asian and cranberry chicken The cranberry chicken was especially good with heaps of apple slices, pecans and chicken. I had pulled pork nachos - good too. Portions are generous and service was good. Its hard to see from the road as its on a hill.

I travel alot and all over the S.E. so I'm always looking for a new place to try ! I walked in to this Restaurant knowing absolutely nothing about it or even what type of food they serve . It's like an upscale chili's ; with a large wine selection and a bar area . They have salads ; steaks ; pastas ; burgers ; ribs and numerous sandwiches .Their is a kids menu with the normal kid menu stuff. Bread is served free with your meal (which was very good bread ) . My server Hailey was very attentive and had great suggestions ! She suggested the ribs ! Excellent ! These ribs where better than what you get at some BBQ joints ! i asked myself 2 questions ; A) Did i enjoy my meal ? YES !!! B) Would i return in the future ? ABSOLUTELY !!! Ask for Hailey ! Great service ! Aubrey's my be my new favorite place when I'm in Lenoir City / Knoxville area !
